Art Deco Diamond Conversion Necklace
No. 110
STORY:
This piece is a reminder of the opulence of the Art Deco period which emerged after WW1. The deprivations of the war gave way to new luxurious finishes which defined the Art Deco aesthetic. Yellow gold was out of favour giving way to radiant white settings. There was an abundance of diamonds which can be seen in this sweet pendant we made from the remnants of a broken pearl necklace from the period. 10 precisely cut diamonds are set into a silver setting strung from 2 hoops onto a 9ct white gold chain.
